The Farmhouse
Located in North Cornwall, the Old Farmhouse originates from the Regency period, first appearing on tithe records in 1813. Extended and modernised, it is now a welcoming home from home for up to 9 guests for all seasons.

Reception Hall with wood burning stove, comfortable reading chairs and under stairs coat area. Nineteenth century living room with comfortable seating flatscreen Smart TV and Xbox. Second snug lounge with flatscreen TV, Netflix and DVD.
Large bright, open plan, extensively equipped kitchen/dining room with rural views, fully fitted units, appliances including microwave, dishwasher and Nespresso machine, dining table and chairs, doors to the outside garden and seating areas.
Utility Room with combined washing machine and tumble dryer and dog friendly equipment. Highchair, stairgates and travel cot available on request.
Sleeping & Bathing
Four beautifully decorated and carpeted bedrooms designed to sleep up to 9 guests.Â
Master double bedroom with 5' king bed and storage. Second double bedroom with 5' king bed and storage. Bedroom with sleeper bunk - double at the bottom with a single over. Twin bedroom with 3' beds and storage.
Family bathroom with shower over the bath, WC and hand basin upstairs and Shower room with WC and hand basin downstairs.
Bedding and towels provided.
Outdoor Space
Mature gardens and a stunning rural view, describes the outdoor setting of the farmhouse.
Multiple seating locations are provided around the garden so you can rest, read or socialise. The large picnic table is perfect for outdoor dining, subtle overhead lighting is provided for evenings drawing in.
Fenced and gated, there is parking available for a number of cars and a tethered EV car charging point is available to use (charges may apply).

Indoors; Smart TVs, Netflix, DVDs and XBox powered by full fibre broadband, a well stocked book library and plenty of family board games and puzzles to enjoy.
Outside; table tennis table, basket ball hoop and football goal posts are available to use. In the Beach Hut; toddler slide and rocker, badminton, swing ball and more garden games available as well as buckets, spades and nets to use when making trips to the beach.
